- Support smooth and efficient food and beverage outlet operations.
- Ensure guest experiences meet expectations and uphold Hyatt brand standards.
- Assist in leading the outlet team and maintaining service excellence.
- Drive guest satisfaction and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Support achievement of operational and financial objectives.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations is required; international hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Financial acumen and experience with cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
