Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor operations teams to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Handle client coordination, escalations, and process compliance.
  • Drive process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Support training, workforce planning, and team development activities.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Travel BPO operations with team handling exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of travel processes (Airline, OTA, GDS preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
