About This Role
Job Description As an Assistant Manager - Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure efficient and effective operational processes, drive performance improvements, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve managing a team, planning and organizing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in operations management. Your leadership will be key to enhancing productivity and efficiency while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate with different departments to align operational activities with organizational goals.
- Implement strategies to optimize workflows and improve operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational team.

- Support budget development and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation within the operations function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and operational standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required for diverse team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and strategic approach.
