Process overview

Global Markets Credit manages lending data and portfolios for Global Markets financing products and counterparty credit risk limits.

The role supports Enterprise Credit Administration activities including document preparation, client onboarding, portfolio monitoring, and booking or data issue resolution.

The team partners with Global ECA groups across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and modify Credit Agreement Memorandums for various asset classes.
  • Update NAV and performance data in internal systems of record and contact clients about missing information.
  • Remediate NAV trigger breaches and update systems of record with revised data.
  • Design Excel management reports and streamline processes with ETL, visualization, and programming applications.
  • Create business review presentations and summarize hedge fund risk metrics.
  • Maintain fund repositories, track expiring credit facilities, and verify renewal or extension documents.
  • Deliver ad hoc portfolio management requests, collaborate on business initiatives, and anchor new migrations.

Required qualifications

  • MBA degree or PGDBM from a reputed institute.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to synthesize information from various financial documents and verify document source of truth.
  • Ability to independently host calls and lead discussions with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work different shifts.

Preferred skills

  • Expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or VBA is preferred.

Work schedule

  • Shift options are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, subject to business requirements.
  • The process does not have regular night shifts.
  • The team currently does not work weekends, but applicants should be flexible to work weekends for pressing business requirements.
