Park Hyatt Doha is seeking an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development.
The role supports learning initiatives that enhance colleague performance, engagement, and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives.
- Coordinate learning programs and facilitate training sessions.
- Ensure compliance training is completed.
- Support talent development initiatives.
- Foster continuous learning in line with Hyatt values and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a similar hospitality role.
- Experience designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of talent development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across the organization.
- Experience with Hyatt brand standards and training programs is advantageous.
