Role Description

The Assistant Manager role at Dosan.sa is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah.

The Assistant Manager supports daily operations across real estate development, including coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, and monitoring budgets.

This role assists in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and external stakeholders.

The Assistant Manager collaborates with project managers, designers, and construction teams to follow up on tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

also include supporting vendor and contractor coordination, participating in meetings, maintaining organized records, and contributing to process improvements and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting project coordination or operations, ideally in real estate, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple initiatives.
  • Solid analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and basic data analysis.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or construction software is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and supporting timely resolutions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and to adapt to a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
