Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah.
The Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural designs, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and integrating innovative solutions into architectural plans.
The role involves collaboration with project teams, overseeing design implementation, and contributing to the successful execution of real estate development projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration to enhance design processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. Licensure or certification is a plus.
- Experience working on real estate and construction projects in Jeddah or the surrounding region is advantageous.
