About This Role
Overview
- Qiddiya has an opportunity for an Investment Management professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities.
- This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions.
- You will be expected to apply your expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the backbone of our investment framework and manage the financial performance of our real estate investments.
- We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in investment management and financial modelling, ideally someone with experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and private equity.
- At the heart of our investment strategy, you will engage in market research, perform rigorous financial due diligence, and create sophisticated models to assess the profitability and risks of potential investments.
- You will work closely with both internal teams (including project managers, analysts, and associates) and external stakeholders (including banks, consultants, and legal advisors) to ensure the success of each project.
- Your ability to understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms will be essential to driving long-term growth and profitability for the company.

- **Requirements** **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential.
Experience
- +5 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity).
- Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate.
- Strong experience from boutique investment banks (e.g., Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies) or large real estate funds (e.g., Hines, Brookfield, Capital Land).
- Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance.
- Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes.
Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the GCC region.
- Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
