About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations within our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient services, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of the facility
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations
- Support patient service quality and handle escalations when required
- Coordinate with management, clinical teams, and external partners
- Monitor operational needs and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Previous experience in a healthcare facility (clinic, medical center, dental center, or hospital)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow, and compliance
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and reporting
