Assistant Manager role focused on financial planning and analysis.
The posting lists an office location in Dubai.
Primary responsibilities
- Analyze past and current performance to identify trends, variances, and underlying causes.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and executive decisions.
- Present complex financial data and organizational structures clearly to executive leadership.
- Drive finance transformation projects and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with onshore teams and global business partners to align on business needs.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate financial strategy into daily operations.
- Mentor and manage junior analysts to support accuracy and team productivity.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial results to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications and requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
- Strong grounding in accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high data-accuracy standards.
- Proven team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, financial reporting software, and presentation tools.
