About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily operations of a busy trampoline park.
You will lead teams, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, opening & closing shifts
- Supervise staff and ensure high customer service standards
- Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and complaints
- Handle cash, POS reconciliation, and reporting
- Monitor stock, inventory, and café operations
- Ensure health & safety compliance and conduct safety checks
Requirements
- **Saudi National (Arabic & English speaker)**
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience (entertainment/leisure preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Experience in entertainment or family activity centers
- First Aid certification
Working Hours
Shift-based (48 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience
- Entertainment Park: 5 years (Preferred)
Language
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)

- Jeddah (Preferred)
