Assistant Manager - Development

5+ years relevant experience in development, design management or project management, as well as:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field.

Experience working with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.

Strong understanding of design, construction, cost and development processes.

UAE / Dubai experience is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong development and design understanding
