Role Overview

  • The Assistant Manager – Derivative Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end derivatives operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and accounting activities.
  • The role requires strong knowledge of derivative products, SWIFT messaging, and financial accounting principles while ensuring operational accuracy and regulatory compliance. Required Skills & Experience: Knowledge and working experience on derivative products, Swift, Accounting & MS Excel.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Derivative Operations / Capital Markets Operations
  • **Strong knowledge of :**
  • Derivative products (FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Options, Futures) Trade lifecycle management Hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced functions, reconciliation, reporting) Experience in reconciliation and exception management Exposure to banking / financial services environment
  • **Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
