Responsibilities
- Support cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination, and financial performance across the cooling package project lifecycle.
- Source capital and operating expenditure for data center projects.
- Help close project purchases on time and in the business’s best interest.
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to align and maximize value.
- Track costs and pursue year-on-year efficiencies.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, or quantity surveying.
- Experience in data center, HVAC, or large MEP infrastructure projects.
- Experience handling chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems.
