About the program
DAMAC Properties’ Management Trainee Program provides structured learning, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure to develop future leaders.
Trainees may be placed in projects and data centers, finance, accounting, internal audit and risk, asset management, sales, business development, community management, LOAMS, or learning and development.
Program activities
- Participate in training and development programs and support departmental projects and daily operations.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and business documentation; collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete rotational assignments.
- Conduct research, contribute to process-improvement initiatives, and complete tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
Qualifications and requirements
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a listed or related field, including business, finance and accounting, HR, marketing and media, engineering, computer science and IT, law, psychology, supply chain, or procurement.
- For fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of professional experience.
- Fluent Arabic and good English; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- The program description specifies UAE National eligibility and a Family Book requirement.
