Job Description

Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance, safety, and administrative functions of company buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across offices, warehouses, or logistics hubs
  • Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning properly
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Track service agreements (AMC/SLAs) and ensure compliance
  • Evaluate vendor performance and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety, and workplace safety standards
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Support emergency preparedness and incident response plans
  • Assist in preparing facility budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Maintain records of maintenance, assets, and service logs
  • Generate reports on facility performance and issues
  • Handle space planning and workplace layout coordination
  • Manage office services (cleaning, security, waste management)
  • Address employee facility-related concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in facilities or property management
