Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing residential leasing activities, driving occupancy, achieving leasing targets, and supervising the leasing team across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support leasing executives to achieve leasing targets.
- Manage property viewings, negotiations, and documentation
- Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to reduce vacancies.
- Maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and agents.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Prepare leasing performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of residential leasing experience in the UAE.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
