Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
• HR Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies, updating policies as required.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and engagement.
- Records Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, leave balances, and performance reviews.
- HR Reporting:
- Prepare regular HR reports, such as recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and engagement surveys, for senior management.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with payroll preparation, visa processing, and other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
