The Assistant Housing Manager oversees accommodations provided to hotel team members, ensuring housing is maintained, safe, comfortable, and suited to residents' needs.

Housing operations
- Oversee day-to-day housing operations, including check-ins, check-outs, maintenance requests, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate housing assignments fairly and efficiently; maintain accurate occupancy records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to maintain safety and hygiene and arrange timely repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep.
Resident relations and safety
- Respond professionally to residents' concerns, questions, and requests; foster a supportive living environment and improve resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, address hazards, and communicate safety and emergency procedures.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and stay current with housing operations, hygiene regulations, and best practices.
Communication and documentation
- Maintain open communication with residents, team members, the People & Culture Leader, and the People & Culture department.
- Report significant issues and trends and document resident complaints, maintenance requests, and resolution actions.
