Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain stewarding department systems and operating methods to support hotel colleagues.
- Supervise stewarding team members, facilities, operations, and costs.
- Coordinate par stocks and supplies with hotel colleagues and approve storeroom requisitions.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are clean.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with Engineering.
- Ensure team members follow health and safety standards, handle and store chemicals appropriately, and use required safety materials.
- Lead participation in the hotel's energy-conservation and environmental policies and practices.
