Primary Responsibilities: #*Primary Responsibilities*#

Core Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Management

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative roles, ensuring a pipeline of talent that aligns with Kirloskar’s culture.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees; mediate disputes and oversee disciplinary procedures.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee the annual appraisal process, linking individual KPIs to global corporate objectives.
  • Culture & Development: Promote the Kirloskar "Limitless" values (Excellence, Integrity, Empathy) through engagement initiatives and professional development workshops.

2. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

  • Legal Adherence: Ensure company policies comply with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and UAE-specific labor laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit all mandatory filings on company, payroll, etc.
  • Audit Readiness: Conduct regular internal audits of personnel files, payroll records, and I-9 forms to ensure 100% audit readiness.
  • Policy Development: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook to reflect changing legislative landscapes.

3. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Payroll Oversight: Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing for exempt and non-exempt staff.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage health insurance, 401(k) plans, and leave policies, acting as the primary liaison for benefit vendors.
  • Maintain all employee data, leave records, attendance

4. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

  • Workplace Safety: In collaboration with the operations team, ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Workers' Compensation: Manage all workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.

5. Admin related activities:

  • Visa: Coordinate with PRO / Broker for visa renewals, new applications, family visa etc

  • Car / office / other insurance: Track, Maintain and coordinate for all insurances.

  • Coordinate for all Trade license, SALIK recharge, parking availability for employees

  • Coordinate for any other admin issues like LAN, Wifi, Mobile etc
