Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations and ensure efficient vehicle utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle and driver allocation.
- Monitor maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Manage vehicle registrations, insurance, and renewals.
- Track fuel consumption, Salik, and traffic fines.
- Maintain fleet records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE fleet coordination experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle registration and fleet management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
