Your Task
- Coordinating and assigning projects to inspectors.
- Follow up on completing reports and uploading it to the Tawuniya portal.
- Support the other teams in all sub-departments like Inspectors, QC/QA, design team, and accountant team.
- Handle the visit appointments and upload the visit reports to the Tawuniya portal.
- Handle complaints from clients and Tawuniya.
- Communicate with clients such as answering the calls & messages and guiding the clients to the responsible team according to TUV SUD rules.
- Issuing Quotations for the Non-destructive test or Destructive test or Design re-study.
- Uploading the new projects to BLS,IMS.
- Document control & archive all types of reports, technical documents, letters & warranties from any involved parties on site.
- Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor.
- Organizing the meetings for all sub-departments in BLS
- Recording the minutes of meetings and circulating the work instructions to all sub-departments
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 1-3 Years of experience.
- Microsoft office experince
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Working Model : Onsite
