Le Café LPM is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager as it prepares to open in Dubai and develops additional locations.
The role oversees daily financial operations and supports profitability, new openings, and expansion into new locations and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow and compliance.
- Use financial analysis and forecasting to inform decisions and business performance.
- Optimize costs and support profitability and growth.
- Support new openings and financial strategy for new locations and international markets as the business expands.
- Partner with culinary teams on menu pricing.
- Work with the General Manager, CFO, chefs, and operations teams to translate financial information into actionable strategies.
- Ensure VAT compliance and streamline supplier contracts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and pursue opportunities to improve financial results.
Candidate requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- Five to seven years of finance experience, including at least three years in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Strong analytical ability and ability to explain financial information to culinary and executive colleagues.
- POS and inventory management experience is a bonus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
