Assistant Finance Manager supporting group-wide financial operations and coordination between subsidiaries and Head Office.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate subsidiary and Head Office finance activities and monitor compliance with financial SOPs, policies, and internal controls.
- Prepare and review daily cash flow reports, management reports, financial summaries, and periodic financial reporting.
- Monitor receivables, collections, supplier payments, payroll obligations, and bank balances.
- Coordinate banking relationships, records, documentation, facility renewals, and financial transactions.
- Conduct internal finance reviews, track corrective actions, and support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities and ensure business units submit financial information on time.
- Assist the CFO with financial analysis, process improvements, and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant finance or accounting experience; group or multi-company experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Banking facilities and financial documentation experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to coordinate across departments and meet reporting deadlines.
