Perfect Group seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to support financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and coordination across business units.
The position is in Dubai and is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate finance activities and reporting between subsidiaries and Head Office; ensure compliance with finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Prepare and review daily cash-flow reports and monthly management reports.
- Monitor cash collections, receivables, supplier payments, payroll, and bank balances.
- Coordinate with banks on loans, guarantees, credit facilities, and renewals.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews, track corrective actions, and support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis.
- Assist the CFO with financial reporting and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant finance and accounting experience; multi-company group experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Experience dealing with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
