About the Role
Supports the Finance Team in strengthening financial governance across the Group.
Coordinates finance activities across subsidiaries and Head Office, supporting compliance, controls, management reporting, banking, and periodic finance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate finance matters across subsidiaries and Head Office; ensure timely business-unit reporting and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Support implementation of CEO-approved SOPs, monitor finance policy compliance, recommend improvements, and help departments follow procedures.
- Conduct internal finance reviews, check controls and delegated authority compliance, report findings to the CFO, and track corrective actions.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; review for completeness, accuracy, consistency, format, and deadlines.
- Prepare daily cash flow reports; monitor collections, receivables, supplier payments, payroll obligations, and bank balances; present cash position to the CFO.
- Manage banking relationships and records for facilities, loans, guarantees, overdrafts, letters of credit, and other credit arrangements.
- Coordinate facility renewals and transaction documents; monitor facility utilization and banking covenant compliance.
- Support auditors, banks, and regulators; participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Assist the CFO with special projects, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
