The Assistant Estimation Manager leads the estimation and tendering function for construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, competitive bids, and commercial proposals.
The role ensures alignment between project budgets, tender pricing, procurement strategies, and financial controls through effective utilization of Oracle Fusion ERP.
This position drives estimation accuracy, commercial risk management, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making to support organizational growth and profitability.
Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids for construction, infrastructure, and MEP projects.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and comprehensive cost estimates.
Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP to develop project cost structures and estimate templates.
Review contract conditions and identify commercial, financial, and contractual risks.
Lead and mentor Estimation Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Tendering Specialists.
