Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and well-presented Assistant Cum Driver to provide driving and personal assistance to the CEO.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, trustworthy, punctual, and capable of handling daily tasks professionally and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the CEO safely and professionally to meetings, appointments, business locations, and other destinations.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
- Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at appointments.
- Assist the CEO with daily errands and administrative/personal tasks when required.
- Collect and deliver documents, packages, and other items.
- Coordinate with offices, clients, suppliers, and other contacts when required.
- Manage daily schedules and provide timely reminders when necessary.
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements and other tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Be available for flexible working hours when business requirements demand.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proven experience as a personal driver, executive driver, or family/CEO driver is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, especially Dubai and Sharjah.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Punctual, trustworthy, responsible, and discreet.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours and occasional weekend requirements.
- Previous experience working directly with senior management or executives is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED29.86 per month
