Assistant Cost Controller

Position

Financial Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accurate entries, calculations, and codes.
• Maintain files, records, cash, cash equivalents, and electronic financial spreadsheets.
• Record, access, and analyze computerized financial information; classify and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, or computers.
• Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.

• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and safeguard guest and coworker privacy.
• Address guest service needs professionally and promptly; communicate clearly and handle written documents, calls, and email appropriately.
• Build positive working relationships, support team goals, respond to coworkers' concerns, and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is listed; no license or certification is listed.
