Overview
· **Assist in managing the overall Makeup category portfolio across brands and channels.**
· **Analyze SKU performance and recommend assortment optimization, ranging, and lifecycle management.**
· **Coordinate with brand principals for launches, forecasts, promotions, and commercial alignment.**
· **Support negotiations related to Purchase targets, promotions, visibility, listing opportunities, and commercial agreements.**
· **Work closely with retail partners to ensure strong in-store visibility and execution standards.**
· **Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations with a rolling forecast model**
· **Generate insights on category KPIs including growth, conversion, and stock cover.**
· **Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, influencer activations, and consumer promotions.**
Support product launches with effective go-to-market execution.
