Job Summary
- A Retail Coordinator in the makeup industry is responsible for ensuring smooth retail operations, optimizing brand presentation across outlets, and supporting sales growth through merchandising, training, and performance monitoring.
- The role bridges communication between the head office, sales teams, and retail locations, ensuring the brand’s standards and strategies are consistently implemented.
- **Ensure all stores are operating according to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.**
- **Coordinate with store managers to address daily operational needs and resolve issues swiftly.**
- **Coordinate product knowledge and sales technique training for Beauty Advisors (BAs).**
- **Conduct regular retail audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.**
- **Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.**
- **Analyze performance trends and support strategies to drive sales and improve underperforming doors.**
- **Ensure proper execution of planograms and seasonal displays in line with brand guidelines.**
- **Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores or counters.**
- **Support in implementing in-store promotions, gift-with-purchase (GWP), and campaign execution.**
- **Support execution of in-store activations, seeding campaigns, and promotional events.**
- **Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and report back for future planning.**
