Key accountabilities
- Conduct forensic audits referred by the Forensic Audit Manager, Senior Director – Technical & Special Audit, or Head of Internal Control/designated whistleblowing officer.
- Prioritize assignments based on risk rating and urgency; investigate concerns referred through whistleblowing, management, or audit teams.
- Plan audit objectives, scope, and approach; validate observations with business owners and obtain action plans and timelines.
- Follow up agreed action plans to ensure implementation by business owners.
- Identify recovery of overcharges and excess payments, revenue improvements, and cost reductions.
- Provide departmental consultancy and support; maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly.
- Keep current with internal audit, forensic practice, business developments, and new auditing techniques.
- Issue detailed audit reports and summary presentations to executive management through the Forensic Audit Manager.
- Support professional development and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma degree in Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Security and Forensics, Networking, IT Security, or related studies.
- 1–3 years of internal audit experience, including telecom audit and forensic audit.
- Other audit-related studies, such as CA, CPA, CIA, or CFE, are an asset.

- Prompt identification of critical issues and good analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, and work management.
