Overview
To ensure accurate and timely execution of asset trades across investment and protection products while delivering high service standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting effective product marketing through strong operational and product knowledge.
Trade Execution & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end execution of asset exchanges and trade transactions for investment and protection products.
- Ensure all trades are processed accurately, within defined timelines, and in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and offshore teams to facilitate seamless trade settlement and execution.
- Process all trade-related documentation and administrative activities.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to trade and dealing-related inquiries via email and telephone.
- Provide accurate information on fund portfolios, pricing, dealing procedures, markets, and currencies.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and continuous follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation.
Transaction Processing & Reporting
- Prepare and issue valuation statements promptly and accurately.
- Ensure timely processing of regular withdrawals and other recurring transactions.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of customer accounts and transaction records.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of UIC products and competitor offerings.
- Stay updated on market trends, product features, and regulatory developments impacting investment and protection products.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with local and offshore offices to ensure operational alignment and service delivery standards.
- Provide operational backup support to Customer Service teams, including Arabic language support when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Administration, or a related field.
- LOMA, CII, or equivalent insurance/financial certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum
- 2+ years of experience
- in asset trading, investment operations, banking, or the insurance industry.
- Prior experience in investment management or financial services is preferred.
- Experience in developing marketing messaging and sales collateral is a plus.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of investment products, fund operations, and trade lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- ; knowledge of design tools (e.g., InDesign) is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
