Asset Manager - Real Estate & Hospitality Investing
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A newly established investment platform with an international investment mandate is seeking an Asset Manager to join its growing team in Dubai.
The platform invests across real estate and hospitality assets globally and is building a high performing team to support its expansion across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate and hospitality assets across multiple geographies.
- Monitor asset performance against business plans, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Identify and execute value creation initiatives to enhance operational and financial performance.
- Work closely with operating partners, property managers, hotel operators, and external advisors.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
- Conduct financial analysis, asset-level modelling, and performance reporting for senior management and investment committees.
- Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and redevelopment initiatives where required.
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and sector dynamics to inform asset strategy.
- Prepare investment and asset management materials for internal stakeholders and investors.
Candidate Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience within asset management, investments, real estate private equity, hospitality investment, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate and hospitality asset classes.
- Experience managing asset performance and implementing value creation strategies.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to engage effectively with operators, consultants, lenders, and other external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
