About This Role
Job Summary
The primary role of Executive Asset Management is to oversee all Asset Management operations and for coordinating in management of technology –related hardware within the Organization on a daily and continuous basis.
Job Description
- Planning, monitoring and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking department assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure optimal inventory target setting and continual review.
- Coordinate annual “physical inventory”.
- Coordinate with procurement & contracts section and strategic planning office to ensure seamless cross-department processes.
- Define and monitor KPI's of Store and Materials function.
- Manage and monitor budget for the purchase of assets and others on an ongoing basis.
- Provide performance data (KPI’s) as per the primary functions of the section.
- Perform other tasks given by the line manager or senior management.
- Compliance and adherence to the HR laws, Confidentiality policies and other policies applicable in the organization.
- Maintain information assets and security and confidentiality of information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Asset Management, Accounting or any other related .
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Assets or store management
- Experience in managing materials management activities for organization of comparable sizes in a relevant ICT industry.
• Skills & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of Asset & inventory management principles.
- Management skills to coordinate between different departments
- Excellent knowledge of transaction processing and business systems.
- Language: Arabic native speaker /and English skill is preferred.
