About This Role

Job Purpose

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to FAB Asset Management teams and executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments
  • Coordinate and manage office logistics, documentation, and communication workflows, supporting efficient delivery of business objectives
  • Support vendor management, travel coordination, and procurement activities related to offices and premises in line with FAB AM operational procedures

Key Accountabilities

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in timely delivery milestones by engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage administrative processes in a structured, compliant, and timely manner
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teams
  • Manage daily administrative activities including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and payment requests
  • Coordinate travel, expense management, and executive support activities
  • Maintain accurate records
