Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a strong Health, Safety, Hygiene and Environmental (HSHE) culture, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures. Respond to production breakdowns in a timely and effective manner to minimise downtime. Diagnose faults and identify root causes, implementing robust long-term solutions. Identify, recommend and implement improvements to production equipment and processes to support continuous improvement initiatives. Complete planned Asset Care and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities to schedule. Support and lead key engineering projects and site improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Electrical Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above. Proven experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment. Ability to read, interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong electrical & mechanical fault-finding and maintenance skills. Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Good PLC knowledge and understanding. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable: FLT (Fork Lift Truck) licence. MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) certification. Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
