Qualifications:

  • · Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Inventory Management software (Mapics experience a plus)
  • · Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • · Knowledge of lean practices and continuous improvement tools
  • · Demonstrate the ability to lead by example and to provide guidance and mentoring to peers and to promote team work
  • · High school diploma/GED
  • · 3 – 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required with demonstrated project leadership responsibilities
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand and walk. The employee will frequently be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
