Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in the UPS industry, BFSI, or healthcare sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM and service management software.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Familiarity with AMC battery and retrofit services is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve technical service and revenue goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers, focusing on AMC battery and retrofit services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
