Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor based in Riyadh.
The Area Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales activities, manage and support sales team, ensure sales targets are achieved, and establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The role involves monitoring market trends, optimizing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The candidate will also be expected to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management skills and Business developments skills & a high-performing sales.
- Automotive, Fuel or Lubricant Background at least 3 years.
- Exceptional Customer Service & Communication skills for building positive client relationships & ensuring satisfaction.
- Robust Analytical Skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the automotive or service industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is strongly preferred.
