Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Supervisor role based in Jeddah.

The Area Sales Supervisor will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, manage and support the sales team, and ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and distribution targets.

Daily responsibilities include visiting key customers, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating commercial terms within company guidelines, and monitoring the performance of distributors or sales representatives.

The role involves tracking sales metrics, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

The Area Sales Supervisor will also coordinate product launches, support marketing activities, provide on-the-job training to team members, and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, assess market trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven Team Management and Training capabilities to lead, coach, and develop sales staff, set clear objectives, and drive accountability.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trusted relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Previous experience in sales supervision or field sales within food ingredients, FMCG, or foodservice is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a territory, plan customer visits, and execute route-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM tools and basic MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and travel within the assigned area as required.
