May implement and execute construction support activities on large to mega-sized projects worldwide and may lead support activities on the largest projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop methods, techniques, and procedures for implementing and troubleshooting specialized construction-discipline processes.
- Support projects in office and field settings.
- Analyze complex problems and make independent recommendations aligned with project and organizational objectives.
- Organize and prioritize multiple assignments, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic job requirements
- Relevant accredited four-year degree or equivalent and 12 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination totaling 16 years for non-degree holders.
- Strong technical knowledge, construction operations understanding, and ability to apply applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively; demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Perform constructability assignments in office and site environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic computer skills in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Practical constructability review and construction planning experience; maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
