Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment .
  • Ensure dark stores meet targets for order accuracy, fulfillment speed, product availability, and customer service .
  • Lead and develop Store Managers and operational teams, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management .
  • Monitor key KPIs such as picking productivity, inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage, wastage, and order fulfillment time .
  • Identify operational gaps and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, cost, and customer experience .
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Last Mile, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all stores.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in dark stores, quick commerce, grocery e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, or warehouse operations .
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
  • Experience managing multiple locations and high-volume operational teams .
  • Strong understanding of inventory and fulfillment operations .
  • Data-driven with strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams, inventory teams, supply chain teams, and operations leaders.
