Area Clinic Manager

Job Purpose

Operations

• Oversee and manage Skin Laundry's day-to-day clinic operations within the designated area.
• Develop and oversee implementation and guide improvement of processes and health and safety protocols related to client care from reception to treatment rooms.
• Ensure Skin Laundry's policies and procedures are effectively implemented and updates are communicated to all concerned staff.
• Identify ways to increase efficiency and areas of improvement in business operations and productivity.
• Ensure clinic facility and healthcare professional regulatory compliance in accordance with DHA and other relevant governmental entities.
• Maintain appropriate inventory standards for all supplies and equipment.
• Review orders and make sure they are legitimate and mandatory.
• Prepare and monitor stock and inventory reports and communicate with the Operations and Compliance coordinator and the Head of Middle East.
• Handle emergencies, difficult situations and client complaints calmly and patiently.
• Plan staffing, rosters and annual leave to match forecast demand, maintain clinical coverage and improve productivity within approved staffing budgets.
• Ensure assigned clinics are kept clean and organized.
• Flexible work schedule: some evenings and weekends will be required.

Commercial Performance and Marketing

• Partner with the Head of Middle East and Marketing to develop clinic commercial plans informed by demand, client feedback, local market opportunities and performance data.
• Coordinate campaign execution and measure enquiries, bookings, conversion and resulting revenue.
• Own delivery of agreed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, growth and profitability targets for each assigned clinic and the area overall.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through clinically appropriate treatment plans, packages, memberships, retail sales and service development.
• Evaluate proposed initiatives with Finance and clinical leadership for demand, capacity, margin and return on investment.
• Monitor a consistent clinic scorecard covering revenue against target, consultation conversion, average transaction value, package or membership renewals, rebooking, client retention, appointment utilization, cancellations and no-shows.
• Prepare and deliver clinic improvement plans with specific actions, named owners and deadlines.
• Oversee enquiry response, booking follow-up, renewal reminders and client reactivation to improve conversion and repeat visits.
• Optimize appointment availability, treatment room use and staff deployment to match demand and reduce unused capacity.
• Protect revenue and margins by ensuring approved pricing, discounts, promotions and refund rules are applied consistently.
• Provide regular commercial reports to the Head of Middle East highlighting performance against targets, forecast results, risks, opportunities and decisions needed.

Financial Accountability

• Oversee the accuracy of clinic billing, payment collection, transaction recording and weekly cash reconciliation.
• Ensure discrepancies, overdue balances, refunds and revenue leakage are investigated promptly and escalated per company procedures.
• Manage clinic budgets and review monthly revenue, costs and profit and loss performance with Finance and the Head of Middle East.
• Explain variances, maintain realistic forecasts and implement agreed recovery actions within delegated authority.
• Control controllable costs including staffing, overtime, stock usage, wastage and operating expenses against approved budgets.
• Ensure purchasing is justified, inventory supports demand and cost savings maintain clinical quality and service standards.

Staff Management

• Coordinate with the Head of Middle East on determining manpower needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees and planning staff development.
• Set clear commercial and operational KPIs for respective teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and quarterly evaluations with HR and the Head of Middle East, agree improvement plans and follow through on delivery.
• Coach clinic teams in enquiry handling, consultation booking, appropriate treatment recommendations, rebooking and client follow-up.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training with relevant training and clinical leads to improve conversion, service quality and productivity.
• Work towards retaining key contributors and reducing turnover and related costs.

• Pay: AED1.00 per month.

• Ability to manage clinic budgets and review monthly revenue, costs and P&L performance
• Ability to plan staffing, rosters and annual leave within approved staffing budgets
