Role overview

Clinical and aesthetic treatments

• Conduct consultations, skin assessments, and medical history reviews; develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical suitability.
• Perform procedures within DHA-approved privileges, including Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, skin boosters, chemical peels, rejuvenation, thread lifting, and nonsurgical facial treatments.
• Perform laser and energy-based treatments, including IPL and RF, when appropriately trained and authorized.
• Assess and treat acne, pigmentation, skin aging, scarring, and skin laxity.
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, appropriate aftercare, and effective complication management.

Client management and performance

• Build and grow a personal client base and drive retention, repeat treatments, and long-term patient relationships.
• Meet revenue and treatment performance targets through ethical recommendations; maximize consultation conversions and appointment utilization.
• Deliver excellent patient experiences and maintain high satisfaction.

Compliance and teamwork

• Follow DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards; maintain accurate patient records and consent documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work with clinic management, nurses, and therapists to provide seamless care; maintain confidentiality and clinical accountability.

Qualifications and experience

• MBBS or equivalent recognized medical qualification and valid DHA GP license with relevant aesthetic privileges.
• At least 5 years of aesthetic medicine experience; certified training and practical experience in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and nonsurgical procedures.
• Strong hands-on experience with laser, IPL, RF, and advanced skin technologies.
• Valid BLS and other applicable mandatory clinical certifications.
• UAE residence visa under existing sponsorship and eligibility for the required work permit.
• Proven ability to build and retain a strong client base.

Skills and competencies

• Strong consultation, communication, interpersonal, and commercial skills; results-driven approach.
• Sound clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinic management systems.
