Role overview

Clinical and aesthetic treatments

• Conduct patient consultations, skin assessments, and medical history reviews; create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, skin boosters, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, thread lifting, and non-surgical facial treatments within approved clinical privileges.
• Perform laser and energy-based treatments including IPL and RF when appropriately trained and authorized.
• Assess and treat acne, pigmentation, skin ageing, scarring, and skin laxity.
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, aftercare, and effective management of complications.

Client and commercial performance

• Build and grow a personal client base, supporting retention, repeat treatments, and long-term patient relationships.
• Achieve revenue and treatment targets through ethical recommendations; maximize consultation conversions and appointment utilization.
• Deliver excellent patient experiences and maintain high satisfaction.

Compliance and teamwork

• Follow DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.
• Maintain patient records, treatment documentation, and consent forms; participate in audits and quality improvement.
• Work with clinic management, nurses, and therapists to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and clinical accountability.

Qualifications and experience

• MBBS or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
• Valid DHA General Practitioner license with relevant aesthetic privileges.
• At least five years of aesthetic medicine experience.
• Certified training and practical experience in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical procedures.
• Strong hands-on experience with laser, IPL, RF, and advanced skin technologies.
• Valid BLS and other applicable mandatory clinical certifications.
• Valid UAE residence visa under existing sponsorship and eligibility for the required work permit.
• Proven ability to build and retain a strong client base.

Skills and competencies

• Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness, results-driven approach, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinic management systems.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay
