***We are hiring Architectural Technical Engineer***
Key Responsibilities
- Review designs, IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, building codes, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate with relevant project teams and stakeholders to ensure proper technical integration and avoid design or execution conflicts.
- Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and draftsmen in preparing and reviewing architectural and engineering deliverables.
- Review pre-qualification documents, material submittals, samples, and technical submissions against project requirements.
- Ensure architectural works meet premium quality standards through proper material review, supplier certification, testing requirements, and technical issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in architectural / technical engineering roles.
- Strong experience in high-quality finishing and premium construction projects.
