Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of HSE standards & norms on Job Site.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with authority safety regulations.
- Provide trainings and inductions to educate employees on safety protocol
- Develop, monitor and enforce JSA, Risk Assessment, Safety procedures
- Maintain and update HSE relevant documentation and records.
- Ensure the corrective / preventive actions are implemented at job site and the client / consultant observations are closed out on time.
- Regular inspections of Heavy Machineries, Electrical Components, Cranes, Hoist, Cradles, etc.
- Managing all emergency situations abiding HSE Protocols.
- Undertake Evacuation Drills and to produce proper reports.
- Investigation of Accidents, Near Miss, First Aid Cases, etc.
- Able to carry multi task in fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree with NEBOSH / IOSH Certification
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Knowledge in DM COP, DDA Regulations , NFPA Standards , UAE construction federal
- Knowledge in potentially Hazardous materials and Practices
