Penspen seeks a highly experienced Architectural Site Inspection Engineer with an Oil & Gas industry background.
The role inspects architectural and finishing works for compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Inspect blockwork, plastering, flooring, ceilings, painting, waterproofing, doors, and windows.
- Verify materials and workmanship against approved submittals and specifications.
- Review inspection requests and report defects or non-compliant work.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Maintain inspection records, prepare snag lists, and verify corrective actions.
- Support final inspections and project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, and structural work.
- Previous UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority procedures is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
